RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase from M.O.V, However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

To receive a refund:

  • Your product must be raised and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. 
  • You must ensure that your return is in perfect, unworn condition and has all tags in place and in its original packaging.
  • Kindly note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Kindly note that any Duties and Taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can fill the return form here and send it to us at “Contact@fashionmov.com”. A return label will be sent back to your email, please print it and attach it to your package before giving it to the courier. 

If your return is accepted, the courier will pass to collect your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Arab Emirates, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
